Kalau saya sewa 2-3 malam, boleh dapat diskaun?
Kadar sewa yang kami tawarkan ini adalah jauh lebih murah berbanding dengan rate sebenar hotel. Oleh itu tiada diskaun diberikan, melainkan untuk harga promosi yang ditawarkan pada masa-masa tertentu.
If I book for more than 1 nite, can get discount?
Rate that we offered is very cheap compare to rate by the hotel. So, no discount will be given, except for seasonal promotion rate.

Betul ke chalet ini atas air?
Ya, betul. Kami tak tipu :) Memang terletak atas air. Kami tidak menawarkan unit di tower (di bangunan utama).
Is these chalets built on top of seawater?
Yup... it is true...It is located on top of seawater. We do not offer tower units (in the main building)

Ada pantai mandi2 tak kat sini?
Semua pantai boleh mandi. Tetapi bagi saya secara peribadi, pantainya kurang sesuai untuk mandi-manda. Lebih sesuai untuk tangkap ikan. Tapi ada juga orang yang mandi di sini...
Can I swim at the nearest beach?
You can swim at any beach... but personally I think here it may not be suitable, it is more for fishing, but there are people who swim at the beach...


Boleh tangkap ikan ke kat sini? Ikan apa ada kat sini? Diaorang tak marah ke?
Boleh... apasal nak marah pulak?
Boleh memancing di balkoni sendiri atau di wakaf di atas coridor. Kat mana pun boleh. Tak ada siapa nak kacau... Ikan apa saya tak pasti, tapi saya pernah nampak todak dan sembilang... ketam paling banyak kat sini... Ada orang pernah dapat pari kat sini...
Can I fishing? What type of fish in this area? Is it allowed?
Can.. nobody will disturb you as long as you do not disturb others.. You can fishing at your balcony or at the hut on the corridor. I am not sure what type of fish available here, but I can see swordfish and catfish... many crabs... Stingray also got...

Boleh pakai fasiliti dalam resort?
Semua fasiliti percuma boleh digunakan seperti kolam renang, sauna, jacuzzi, taman permainan kanak2.
Can we use the facilities in the resort?
You can use all free facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, children playground.

Boleh buat BBQ kat dalam chalet?
Tak sesuai... dan tidak dibenarkan oleh pihak pengurusan hotel. Jika ada penyewa lain komplen, kami jugak yang susah...
Can we do BBQ in the chalet?
Not advisable... and not allowed by hotel management. if other guests make complain to the resort management, we will be in trouble...

Berapa orang boleh masuk chalet dalam sesuatu masa?
Kami syorkan maksimum 4 orang dewasa untuk deluxe/executive dan 6 dewasa untuk premium.
How many people can occupy one chalet?
We recommend maximum 4 adults for deluxe/executive and 6 adults for premium.

Saya dah bayar deposit, tapi tak jadi datang la... Boleh pulangkan deposit saya semula?
Minta maaf, deposit tidak akan dipulangkan jika anda membuat pembatalan. Jika anda rugi RM100, pihak kami menanggung kerugian lebih berlipat kali ganda kerana telah menempah chalet tersebut dari pemiliknya, malahan pemilik juga terpaksa menanggung kerugian akibat kehilangan pelanggan lain yang mungkin juga ingin menyewa pada hari tersebut.
Deposit has been paid, but I cannot come down to PD on that date... Will you return my deposit?
Sorry, deposit will not be paid back to you if you make cancellation. If you lost RM100, we lost more because we also booked the chalet from the owner, in fact the owner also will lost other potential customer for that date.

Saya dari Singapura. Macamana nak buat bayaran deposit?
Kami memang mempunyai pelanggan dari Singapura. Orang Singapura memang suka memilih resort ini kerana kelainannya. Saya percaya anda mempunyai kenalan di Malaysia. Minta rakan anda depositkan ke maybank kami.
I am from Singapore. How can I pay the deposit?
We also have customer from Singapore. Singaporean love to stay in this resort because of its unique experience. I believe you have friends in Malaysia. Request one of them to deposit the money to our maybank account.

Kami nak sewa lebih dari satu chalet, boleh bagi chalet sebelah-menyebelah?
Minta maaf, bilangan chalet kami terhad, tiada chalet sebelah-menyebelah. Dekat-dekat tu boleh kami usahakan, tapi jangan mengharap sangat...
We want to book more than 1 chalet, can you give us 2 chalets side by side?
Sorry, we have limited numbers of chalet, we do not have side by side chalets. We will try to arrange 2 chalets nearer to each other, but we do not promise anything...

Penting bagi saya untuk tahu no HP bakal penyewa dan email sekali jika ada. Unit2 kami tidak ada kene-mengena dengan Legend management, jadi jangan pula pergi ke frontdesk untuk minta kunci...
How to check in, when & where to meet?
I will send email & sms to all customers informing you on the details. It is important for me to know you HP and email address. Our units has nothing to do with the Legend management, so do not ask at the frontdesk for the keys...

Breakfast disediakan?
Tidak, kerana ini adalah unit peribadi, bukan di bawah pengurusan langsung Legend management. Jika anda nak breakfast juga, boleh walk in ke cafe dan bayar sendiri (rasanya dalam RM38 seorang...
Breakfast included?
No breakfast because we are private owners. You can take breakfast at the resort cafe and pay around RM38 per head...

Apasal full seaview mahal dari yang lain? Special sangat ke?
Sebab chalet ni ekslusif dan privasi... ramai pasangan honeymoon memilih chalet ini. Lagipun kedudukannya paling hujung - laut paling dalam, paling sesuai untuk memancing. Balkoni mengadap laut lepas, orang lain langsung tak nampak anda. Tak hairanlah kenapa chalet ini sentiasa menjadi rebutan. Kalau tempah melalui resort, anda dikehendaki bayar surcharge RM150 semata-mata untuk dapatkan chalet ini. Pemilik chalet ini membayar hampir dua kali ganda harga berbanding chalet biasa untuk membeli chalet ini. Bila anda dah diami chalet ini nanti baru anda tahu apa kelebihannya... Memang berbaloi-baloi... :)
Why full seaview chalet is more expensive? Why so special?
Because this chalet is exclusive and privacy... many honeymoon couple will aim for this chalet. Moreover it is located the furthest from the shore - the sea is deeper, very suitable for fishing. The balcony is facing open sea, nobody can see you at the balcony... If you book through the resort, they will ask you to pay additional surcharge RM150 for this type of chalet. The owner paid almost double to purchase this full seaview chalet. Feel the experience, and you will know the different... It is valued for money...

How to return the key and check out?
We will always communicate through HP. You can contact me anytime. We will set the time to return the key.

Boleh check in awal tak?
Standard check in adalah pukul 3 petang. Sekiranya bilik disiapkan awal atau tidak didiami pada hari sebelumnya, bolehlah check in awal.
Can we check in early?
Standard check in time is at 3.00p.m. If the chalet is ready or no customer on the day before, early check in can be considered.

Saya gerenti datang punya, kenapa nak kena bayar deposit Rm50?
Ramai yang kata nak datang tapi bila tiba harinya batang hidung pun tak nampak. Bila saya call pandai pula jawab "Tak jadi la encik... cuti tak approve la encik, nenek saya meninggal la encik" Jadi, untuk mengelakkan kejadian seumpama ini, kami perlukan deposit itu sebagai tanda komitment anda kepada kami. Lagipun, kami perlu beritahu owner bahawa chaletnya sudah ditempah dan beliau terpaksa membatalkan tempahan lain kerana anda.
Sure I will come, why should I pay Rm50 deposit?
You are not alone... many people are like this. When I call on the day he suppose to come, he will simply give excuses "I have to cancel,... my leave not approved... my grandma passed away..." So, to avoid such situation, we need that deposit as your commitment to us. Furthermore, we need to inform the owner that his chalet has been booked and he has to cancel future booking just because of you.

Baki sewa perlu dibayar secara tunai semasa mengambil kunci di Port Dickson.
How to pay the balance?
Balance has to be paid in cash in Port Dickson before we handover the key.

Ada cas2 tersembunyi lain yang tak dijelaskan kat sini?
Tak ada cas2 tersembunyi, melainkan jika anda memohon untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan tambahan lain daripada kami.

Entah2 tak ada pun chalet tu.
Kalau tak percaya pada kami, kenapa cari kami, kan? Kami tak memaksa anda semua untuk percaya pada kami dan berurusan dengan kami. Anda yang memilih untuk menghubungi kami. Terpulanglah pada anda. Tapi bagi yang pernah menginap di sini melalui kami, anda pasti tahu kami tidak pernah menipu sesiapa...
Kalau tak ada chalet tu, buat apa la kami nak update "confirmed customer list" bila dah ada customer bayar deposit...
I dont trust you. How do I know you are not a liar? May be you dont have any chalet there.
If you don't trust us, why you find us? We never ask you to trust us or make any deal with us. You choose to call us. It is up to you. But for those who had stayed in these chalets through us, they knew that we never cheated anybody... If we don't have any chalet, why should we update "confirmed customer list" every time the customer paid the deposit?
