STEPS OF BOOKING, CHECK IN & CHECK OUT (APPLIES FOR OUR PRIVATE UNITS ONLY)

1. Decide your date of check in & check out
2. Call/sms me - provide me your full name, email address, intended chalet type & check in/out date
3. If the units are still available, I will sms my maybank account number
4. Bank in deposit Rm100 per nite stay into my account. After banked in, sms me.
5. The details on how to check in/out will be emailed to you. You booking is then considered as confirmed.
6. Come to PD and meet us on the agreed location, date & time.
7. Pay the balance + RM50 security deposit in cash - We will hand over the key.
8. Upon check out, meet us at the same place to handover the key.
9. Meanwhile, my roomkeeper will check if any facility inside the chalet is missing or misplaced or damaged.
10. After everything is confirmed in proper condition, we will return your RM50 security deposit.

As easy as ABC....

(In case of 2 customers banked in almost at the same time for the same date & room, priority will be given to the earlier customer, and the second customer will be contacted to provide bank account number for refund)
